Your Assignment as a BPF WPU International Promoter
As an International promoter, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and securing sponsorships and partnerships to support BPF WPU events. You are encouraged to connect with businesses from any sector—there are no limitations. Whether you have links in property development, logistics, fashion, food and beverage, technology, or local enterprises, your recruitment efforts directly contribute to the growth and prestige of our federation.

Role overview
This volunteer role supports the timely submission of competition results and lifting statistics to OpenPowerlifting. You will help format meet data accurately and prepare it for submission so that results can be published when the OpenPowerlifting volunteer team completes their review.
Key responsibilities
· Compile and validate competition results and statistics (accuracy, categories, attempts, totals, placing).
· Format and maintain data in Excel to the required standard for submission.
· Prepare and submit updates via GitLab in line with OpenPowerlifting’s process.
· Respond to queries and make corrections if issues are identified during review.
· Maintain clear records of submissions, including reference numbers and any follow-up actions.
Essential skills and experience
· Confident Excel user (sorting, filtering, formulas, data cleaning).
· Working knowledge of GitLab (or Git-based workflows) for submitting updates.
· High attention to detail and commitment to accurate data handling.
· Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines.
· Clear written communication for queries and follow-ups.
Time commitment
Flexible and volunteer- based. Work is typically required following competitions and may vary depending on the competition calendar and the volume of results to process.
